August Events:

- Wednesday, August 7th - Wellness Wednesday Series (this is something I just started this year by having an evening just for Mamas to connect them with local resources in the areas of mental and physical health/well-being) with Indigo Physiotherapy: 7-9pm, 6020 Meadowridge Center Drive, Suite B, Elkridge, MD 21075 *Come by 7:30pm to learn about tips and tricks for pelvic health (Babies under 1 are welcome with Mama for attachment/feeding needs) - light refreshments will be served!

- Saturday, August 24th - Back to School Themed Class + Playgroup- 9am Stroller Strides followed by Mini Strides at 10am at Wilde Lake Park **details on playgroup craft, etc. TBD

- Saturday, August 31st - FAMILY CLASS - 9am at Wilde Lake Park - all family members welcome, kiddos 5 and under required to be in stroller/wagon, 6+ can bring a chair/blanket to be seated at each station **Bagel Brunch to follow at 10am!
