How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Email DanyetteYoung@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 30 business days before the next payment is due. Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months per calendar year for a $10 hold fee. Fee waived if you are unable to workout due to child birth or doctor's orders.
