Virtual Body Back® is an all-inclusive program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home workouts, nutrition guidance, online coaching and a weekly check in to talk goals, support and accountability. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention- class sizes are limited to so your instructor can really focus on you.

The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible- mind, body, and soul!

Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Our HIIT workouts (a technique used by performance athletes that feature repeated bouts of short duration/high intensity exercises) are a critical component to the program as it burns more calories, increases endurance and sheds more fat in the least amount of time. The result is weight loss, muscle toning, and increased strength and energy.

All classes will meet online through a private Zoom meeting link.more

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Four Week Sessions...starting August 3rd

FIT4BABY is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The 45 min long FIT4BABY class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. We train and certify our FIT4BABY instructors so they are fully equipped to lead a pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. The class is for all stages of pregnancy.

FIT4BABY runs in four-week sessions. Class meets on Mondays 7pm in the comfort of your home.

Body Ignite offered the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month.
Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will build muscle and strength. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you increase flexibility and core strength. A perfect complement to Body Back, Strides 360, and Run Club, or as a stand alone workout, this easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!


By enrolling in class you are reserving a weighted bar. Enrollment will be closed once all the bars are reserved. If you enroll but are unable to attend, please un-enrolled prior to class to allow other participants to fill that space.

Please bring your yoga mat and a large water bottle.

Body Back® is an all-inclusive results based program designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Our holiday mini (and Summer mini) session will run for four weeks and includes two small group HIIT classes, nutrition guidance, a private accountability FaceBook group and is lead by Nationally Certified Instructors who are also moms. Body Back is for moms in any stage of motherhood and our mini session is the perfect way to get a taste of Body Back before signing up for our 8 week transformation sessions (coming January 2020).

This class is just for moms and does not involve a stroller or children.

Evening classes run Monday and Thursday evenings at 7:30pm at Slayton House (no class Thursday, November 28)
Daytime classes run Tuesday and Thursdays at 9:30am at Slayton House (no class Tuesday, November 26 or Thursday, November 28)

Our next session starts - Sunday, March 15th at 8am @Wilde Lake Park

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, led by a certified running coach. Beginning runners will gradually build cardiovascular endurance and distance each week. Experienced runners will increase speed and distance. A motivating group and experienced coach will assist every runner in meeting her goals. Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. Each 6 week session ends with a race. No running experience required!

Body Back is a perfect small group HIIT (high intensity interval training) experience developed just for moms. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes:

* 2 HIIT workouts per week (live via a virtual platform)
* meal planning and nutrition support
* 30 min weekly check in for goal setting and support
* private FB group to connect for peer support
* lead ny nationally certified instructors
*accountability
* a supportive and encouraging small group environment

Each workout ends with a meditation designed to empower and recharge you!

Body Back runs every Monday and Thursday evening at 8pm with an optional 30 min coach lead check in Sundays at 8pm
