Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will build muscle and strength. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you increase flexibility and core strength. A perfect complement to Body Back, Strides 360, and Run Club, or as a stand alone workout, this easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

FIT4BABY Open House - January 18, 2020 @10:30am

FIT4BABY is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The 45 min long FIT4BABY class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. We train and certify our FIT4BABY instructors so they are fully equipped to lead a pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. The class is for all stages of pregnancy.

FIT4BABY runs in six-week sessions. Class meets on Mondays at 6:15pm at Slayton House.

Next Session Starts January 9, 2020!!

Body Back® is an all-inclusive program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention- class sizes are limited to 12 participants per session. The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible- mind, body, and soul!
Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Our HIIT workouts (a technique used by performance athletes that feature repeated bouts of short duration/high intensity exercises) are a critical component to the program as it burns more calories, increases endurance and sheds more fat in the least amount of time. The result is weight loss, muscle toning, and increased strength and energy. This class is just for moms and does not involve a stroller or children.more

Body Back® is an all-inclusive results based program designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Our holiday mini (and Summer mini) session will run for four weeks and includes two small group HIIT classes, nutrition guidance, a private accountability FaceBook group and is lead by Nationally Certified Instructors who are also moms. Body Back is for moms in any stage of motherhood and our mini session is the perfect way to get a taste of Body Back before signing up for our 8 week transformation sessions (coming January 2020).

This class is just for moms and does not involve a stroller or children.

Evening classes run Monday and Thursday evenings at 7:30pm at Slayton House (no class Thursday, November 28)
Daytime classes run Tuesday and Thursdays at 9:30am at Slayton House (no class Tuesday, November 26 or Thursday, November 28)

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, led by a certified running coach. Beginning runners will gradually build cardiovascular endurance and distance each week. Experienced runners will increase speed and distance. A motivating group and experienced coach will assist every runner in meeting her goals. Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. Each 6 week session ends with a race. No running experience required!

By enrolling in class you are reserving a weighted bar. Enrollment will be closed once all the bars are reserved. If you enroll but are unable to attend, you must un-enrolled prior to class.
