New session kicks off September 12th BODY WELL is an 8-week program that will help you get back to you! BODY WELL supports you with movements designed to make your stronger physically and mentally, intentional self-care practices, and foods to nourish you throughout the entire transformational program.

Our next session starts on Sunday, August 21st.

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, led by a certified running coach. Beginning runners will gradually build cardiovascular endurance and distance each week. Experienced runners will increase speed and distance. A motivating group and experienced coach will assist every runner in meeting her goals. Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. Each 8 week session ends with a race. No running experience required!
Our next session will be training for the Baltimore Running Festival 5K, 10K and half options and our very first FIT4MOM Race on Sunday, October 16th...race registration is not included or required to register for Run Club Plus.

Join us for our newest way to stay moving, motivated, strong and supported all summer long!!
Welcome Body Well Summer Camp! This Body Well Mini sessions run throughout the Summer months (June, July, August) and you can sign up for one month or all summer long.

This session is for a Full Summer - 12 weeks starting June 6th

Summer Camp will consist of 12 weeks of themed workouts, challenges and support put on by our amazing Body Well Nationally certified fitness instructors.

Themes include: Water week, watermelon week, field day, travel week, nature week, pen pals, summer reading and more....


Body Well™ is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This special 12 week program will update every week with fitness challenges, nutrition challenges and support to keep you motived, moving and feeling strong all summer long!

The session includes small group fitness coaching, access to our Summer recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts lead by our amazing Nationally certified fitness instructors. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

You can register for one month or all three June, July and August
Classes meet every Monday and Thursday at 7:45 outdoors in person.

We offer a bonus optional drop in class this Summer on Saturday mornings at 7:30am at Wilde Lake Park

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Strides 360® is an interval style, traveling class (much like Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre). However, the physical promise will be cardiovascular endurance alongside developing speed, agility, and quickness to sprint through life. Bodyweight conditioning will provide recovery and round out the program. It's for mom, with or without kiddo, that is interested in a bit more intensity, but not interested in the transformation we promise with Body Back. The program fits nicely beside Stroller Barre and Stroller Strides to provide our mamas with everything ... cardio, conditioning, and core/calm.

FIT4BABY is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The 45 min long FIT4BABY class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. We train and certify our FIT4BABY instructors so they are fully equipped to lead a pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. The class is for all stages of pregnancy.

FIT4BABY classes meet virtually every Tuesday evening at 7:45pm

Body Ignite!!
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat and a wrapping paper tube, broom handle, any long light weight stick or hand weights.

If you are interested in renting a weighted bar to attend future classes virtually they are available to rent for $25 for an 8 week period.

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will build muscle and strength. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you increase flexibility and core strength. A perfect complement to Body Back, Strides 360, and Run Club, or as a stand alone workout, this easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!

Body Boost® - is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout designed for the mama who is ready to take her fitness to the next level. Whether you just had your baby or your last child was born 20 years ago, this program will take your fitness up a notch and, most importantly, help you unlock your personal possibilities within a powerful and motivating environment. Unlike our stroller-based classes, this is a moms-only fitness program -- a time for you to clear your head, target your fitness and wellness goals, and focus on becoming your best self!

This class is included in our 8 week Body Well Summer 2021 session.
Please note you can also purchase a class pass or drop in rate for our Saturday Body Boost workout.

Body Boost

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Join us for a free and fun playgroup for all ages! 6weeks - 6 years!

Each week we will be a different fun theme with a story time, craft or activity for our youngest members!

All you need is a yoga mat, towel or something to sit on. All other materials will be provided.
Please register for this free event so we are sure to save a spot for you.
This playgroup is immediately following our Monday Stroller Strides class.
