Body Well Summer Camp - 4 weeks (one Month)

Join us for our newest way to stay moving, motivated, strong and supported all summer long!!
Welcome Body Well Summer Camp! This Body Well Mini sessions run throughout the Summer months (June, July, August) and you can sign up for one month or all summer long.

June 6 - 30, 2022
July 5 - July 28, 2022 (special Tuesday class the first week in July)
August 1 - 25, 2022
You can enroll for one month or all summer long.

Summer Camp will consist of 12 weeks of themed workouts, challenges and support put on by our amazing Body Well Nationally certified fitness instructors.

Body Well™ is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 4-week program in a shorter version of our popular 8 week Body Well session to keep you on track and accountable all summer long. The session includes small group fitness coaching, access to our Summer recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts lead by our amazing Nationally certified fitness instructors. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

You can register for one month or all three June, July and August
Classes meet every Monday and Thursday at 7:45 outdoors in person.

We offer a bonus optional drop in class this Summer on Saturday mornings at 7:30am at Wilde Lake Park
