Body Well Mini - Full Summer

Our Body Well Summer Minis will run
July 5 - July 29 (with no class on Monday, July 5)
August 2 - 26

Classes meet every Monday and Thursday at 7:45 outdoors in person at Slayton House.

We offer a bonus optional drop in class this Summer on Saturday mornings at 7:30am at Wilde Lake Park

Body Well™ is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 4-week program in s shorter version of our popular 8 week Body Well session to keep you on track and accountable this holiday season. The session includes small group fitness coaching, access to our Fall and Winter recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts from the comfort of your home all lead by Nationally certified fitness instructors. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.
