Body Well - in person and online

BODY WELL™ is an 8-week results based journey. At FIT4MOM Howard County, we help you focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two weekly high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge and empower you. With nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support; this journey will reconnect you to your inner strength.
