Body Back - Open House

Virtual Body Back® is an all-inclusive program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) lead by a Nationally certified fitness instructor, with at-home workouts, an optional weekly check in and online coaching. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention- class sizes are limited to 15 participants per session.
Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Our HIIT workouts (a technique used by performance athletes that feature repeated bouts of short duration/high intensity exercises) are a critical component to the program as it burns more calories, increases endurance and sheds more fat in the least amount of time. With the combination of workouts, stretching, meditations and connection Body Back is designed to challenge, empower and recharge you.

Body Back meets every Monday and Thursday at 8pm with an optional Sunday check in. All classes are done from the privacy of your home via a zoom call with access to class recordings.
