Body Back Membership

Body Back is a perfect small group HIIT (high intensity interval training) experience developed just for moms. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes:

* 2 HIIT workouts per week (live via a virtual platform)
* meal planning and nutrition support
* 30 min weekly check in for goal setting and support
* private FB group to connect for peer support
* lead ny nationally certified instructors
*accountability
* a supportive and encouraging small group environment

Each workout ends with a meditation designed to empower and recharge you!

Body Back runs every Monday and Thursday evening at 8pm with an optional 30 min coach lead check in Sundays at 8pm
