Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. This is a boot camp style class.

Body Back® is an all-inclusive program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention- class sizes are limited to 12 participants per session. The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible- mind, body, and soul!
Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Our HIIT workouts (a technique used by performance athletes that feature repeated bouts of short duration/high intensity exercises) are a critical component to the program as it burns more calories, increases endurance and sheds more fat in the least amount of time. The result is weight loss, muscle toning, and increased strength and energy. This class is just for moms and does not involve a stroller or children.


Monthly Mom's Night Out

Join us for Mom's Night Out events at various locations around Howard County. Enjoy meeting your fellow moms for dinner, adult crafts, or other activities.

Friday After Class Activities

Fridays are extra special at Stroller Strides where every class includes a special activity for the kids. From Bubbles and Books to Parachute Play you and your child will enjoy the hands-on activities your instructor has planned after every Friday class.
